Eric Loy, community health center funding was applied for and awarded. From two small clinics in 2007, Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. has quickly grown to 226 locations across 33 Kentucky counties. Driven by health care needs of the population and fueled by multiple health disparities, we have evolved into an expansive and progressive health care network that is responsive, adaptive, and focused on meeting the changes and challenges of the healthcare landscape. Providing complete primary care services, we also offer pediatrics, OB/GYN, oral health services, school-based health centers, behavioral health services, substance use disorder/MAT treatment, mobile optometry services, a pediatric wellness program, a workplace wellness program, a 340B discount pharmacy program, outreach services, local scholarship opportunities, and more.
Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. continually strives to increase our service based on patient needs and in an effort to continually improve our quality of care to the highest level possible. As a result, we are actively involved with the Kentucky Primary Care Association (KPCA), the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and the KY Health Center Network. In addition, we have received recognition through the National Council of Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
